Liu, et al (2021): Type material is the genome designated as As_027 (FT2_5_011) representing ‘Candidatus Hodarchaeum mangrovi’. The genome “As_027” represents a MAG consisting of 4.01 Mbps in 348 contigs with an estimated completeness of 93.61%, an estimated contamination of 0.93%, a 23S rRNA gene and 14 tRNAs. The MAG recovered from mangrove sediment metagenomes (Futian Nature Reserve, China), with an estimated depth of coverage of 17.9, has a GC content of 32.9%.
