This collection includes MAGs and SAGs published as of August 2021, including 35% of which cannot be found in NCBI. Genomes derived from NCBI have retained the taxonomy provided by users, while those downloaded from other sources (including personal and lab websites) have been taxonomically identified using the TypeMat database.
